I had the amazing Pana Vue reach out to work with me. I absolutely love working with new faces especially when they're super open to doing anything with me (cause I go kind of crazy creative when I'm on the roll). Pana was such a sweetheart and she totally rocked what I was envisioning with this shoot.
Check out the Behind The Scenes video above for the process of this shoot. Most of my shoots are super simple and yes, I shoot within a small area of my awesome sister's basement (excuse the mess). Thank you to Yeej for creating this BTS for me!! You're awesome!!
I had tried the wet look and glossy make up look on myself at different times throughout the year and although it did turn out nicely, I wanted to be able to capture it together and on another person to really reach the full vision that I had wanted.
I had also wanted to shoot through plexiglass with water sprayed on it so it would look like a rainy foggy day.....indoors, in the dark. Basically, I had sprayed her hair down and photographed in front of plexiglass sprayed on with water while having the fog machine work its magic in the background.
